Cote Brothers has a full-time staff on onsite factory certified Service Technicians. Whether you need service work done on your premises or ours, we can accommodate your needs. For our established customers we offer telephone technical assistance. We can do a custom setup to meet your specific needs

Hours:
Our Service Technician does repairs on the premises but is not always in the shop, as he makes frequent service calls. Please call for an appointment if you have an industrial machine.
Domestic machines have a turn-around time of approximately 2 weeks and may be dropped off/picked up at Creative Sewing (336 Center St. Auburn) Monday - Saturday during store hours.
